One of the few reasons a technician should ever have to come to your premises is if there is a problem with the device that connects your organisation to the Internet, i.e. the Firewall. Sometimes, a problem with the Firewall can be rectified simply by switching it on and off but if this doesn’t work, a visit will probably be required. Any other technical issues you encounter can probably be resolved by our technicians connecting to your system from their remote location.
The problem with having a single individual looking after your IT Support is that sometimes and for a variety of reasons, that person may not be available. Unfortunately, that single person may be the only one who has the credentials to access aspects of your system so it is not so easy for just anybody to come along and pick up from where they have left off.
